Michael J. Yeater, 79, of Norton, OH passed away on November 14, 2025. Michael was born on August 3, 1946 in Clarksburg, WV to parents Burlie and Josephine Yeater.
Michael served in the US Air Force in Vietnam. Then he worked for the plumbers and pipe fitters Union for 32 years. His favorite past time was fishing.
Michael was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Wayne. He is survived by his wife, Janel; daughter, Tara; grandchildren and great grandchild; brothers in law, Robet(Sandy) Weninger and Ronald(Joan) Weninger and special dog, Sara.
Funeral Services will be held 1 PM MONDAY, November 24 at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd. Akron, 44333 with burial at Rose Hill Burial Park with Military Honors. Friends may visit 1 hour prior to the service. In lieu or flowers, memorials may be made to Wounded Warriors, P.O. Box 758516, Topeka, Kansas 66675-8516 or Wags 4 Warriors, 3201 E. Royalton Rd. Broadview Heights, Ohio 44147.
