Michael J. Zaffarano

Michael J. Zaffarano, age 64, of Chester, PA, formerly of Folsom, PA, passed away on January 23, 2014. Born in Chester, PA, he was the son of Mary (Joseph) Passaro (nee Papi) and the late Joseph Zaffarano. He had been employed at Crozer-Chester Medical Center as a Transport Orderly. In addition to his mother and stepfather, Michael is survived by his brother David S. (Julie) Zaffarano, his nieces and nephews Joseph (Carol), David (Karen), and Kateri Zaffarano, Stephen Sarnoski and David Sarnoski and his grand nieces and nephews Caiden and Keira Zaffarano. He was predeceased by his father Joseph Zaffarano. Relatives and friends are invited to visit the family Friday, January 31, 2014 10:00-10:50 AM St. Anastasia Church, 3301 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA followed by his Memorial Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment SS Peter & Paul Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory to the Delaware County SPCA, 555 Sandy Bank Road, Media, PA 19063 would be appreciated.
