Michele Marie Sze Donghia of Ellenville, NY, passed away on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 surrounded by her family at the age of 47 after a courageous battle with cancer. Michele was born on June 26, 1975 in Allentown, Pa. Michele was a caring daughter, sister, aunt, and friend who touched the lives of many people.
Michele is survived by her father Paul Sze, stepmother Mei Chun Sze, and mother Rebecca Nakhla. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband John Donghia; her siblings Connie (Louis) Cintron, Timothy (Allison) Sze, Michael McLaughlin, Laura (Edgardo) Rosario, and Sami (Carrie) Sayegh; and her nephews and nieces Neeko, Kai, Elizabeth, Isabella, Alexander, Joshua, Michael, Jonathan, Sebastian, Espn, Athena, Lexi, Lexani, and Silas.
Michele was predeceased by her paternal grandparents Anting and Bo Ah Shiu Sze as well as her maternal grandmother Winnifred McHugh.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 27th at Loucks Funeral Home. Visitation will be at 9:30 am followed by her funeral service at 10:30 am. Burial will be held in Fantinekill Cemetery, all are welcome.
