Dear Family DiRado, For a short time in my life you all welcomed me in yours. Being from a broken home your family and home was a place where I came to love. Your father's beautiful garden with so many veggies especially for your mother to glow over and prepare such delicious meals and sometimes all three daughters with aprons on joyfully baking up an Italian storm like firey MT. Etna. The coolness of the finished basement with a second kitchen and father's bar of vino and other favorites. The presence of Italy was mystical to me and made me wonder of Rome and the Roman Empire we studied in classroom. God blessed me with the chance to get to feel close to you all. The patience of your father and mother, the respect and the sincere-ness they showed me. As I type this ... my mind is becoming filled with little movie like memories of you all and I only wish that the times with you all could have become many more. Once your father and mother got to like and know someone introduced by you three sisters, their faces became the show of love and happiness to welcome one in to their home and offer the revealed smiles which is all one needs to know ... that they are truly a blessed husband and wife here in their new home, America and proud parents, devoted worshippers, of Catholism content in their loving home ... in Binghamton NY. I know it is a very heart wrenching time now especially for you three lovely and proud daughters, with every day now your memories will fill your hearts and the still nights will welcome God's loving spiritual gentleness where you will feel mom and dad together in the Kingdom and Glory of God bringing warm soulful feelings where you will say ... Hi mom and dad I know you are with me right now and will be always over us. We miss you and watch over your three girls your loving babies with memories never lost with the church bells of St. Mary's ringing across the river in to our Belden Street home. God bless you ladies, Forever your friend always in my heart, Bobby Nash and my mom says hello with prayers and love.
