Beloved by her parents, Ann Marie (Connelly) DeCoste and the late Charles J. DeCoste. Mother to Ryan Halpin of CA, Kaitlyn Halpin of CT, and Elizabeth Halpin of Quincy. Sister of Sheree Rau and her husband Charles of Norfolk, Charles "Chuck" DeCoste and his late wife Maureen of Littleton, and the late Jeffrey DeCoste. Proud grandmother to Ryan, Joseph, Alana, Aubree, Emmanuel, Dorene, and Mary Frances. Michelle had several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Michelle graduated from Mount Saint Joseph's Academy, Brighton, class of 1979. She enjoyed her walks with her beloved dog Peanut. She enjoyed theatre arts along with her many creative artistic talents.
Rest in the arms of our angels and watch over us, Michelle.
A Funeral Mass will be held in St. Theresa of Avila Church, 2078 Centre St., West Roxbury on Wednesday, January 8th at 11:00am. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Michelle may be made to the ALS Association of Massachusetts at https://www.als.org

Michelle was my best friend. Boy was she one of a kind!! She always spoke her mind and made me laugh sometimes. Her and I have been through a lot, but we always stuck by each other's side. Rest in the sweetest peace my beautiful friend. I will miss you terribly I Love you Michelle. Love,
