Michelle Lorae Wall

Michelle Lorae Wall, a beloved daughter, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully in Mazatlán, Mexico, on February 26, 2026, at the age of 55. Born in Greeley, Colorado, on March 18, 1970, Michelle was a bright light to all who knew her, embodying kindness, loyalty, and a spirited sense of humor.

Michelle graduated from Greeley Central High School in 1988 and later attended Aims College, setting a strong foundation for her remarkable career with Weld County, where she devoted over 30 years of her life. Her professional journey was marked not just by her work ethic but also by her compassionate nature, which endeared her to colleagues and friends alike.

Family held a special place in Michelle's heart. She is survived by her significant other, Adam Gonzales and daughter Bella; her loving parents, Donna and Roger Bechler; siblings Shane (Dana) Bechler, Sean (Jessi) Bechler; as well as her cherished nieces and nephews, Dylan (Meagan) Bechler, Chloey Bechler (Matt Steffens), and Halie Bechler. She also leaves behind many extended family members and friends whose lives she touched in profound ways. Michelle is preceded in death by her grandparents, Walter and Betty Goeringer, and John and Ida Bechler, whose spirits guide her now.

Her vivacious personality came alive in the simplest moments, often marked by her joyful exclamation upon entering her parents' home- "Anybody home?" She passionately enjoyed cooking, arranging flowers, and creating beautiful memories with her loved ones. Her love for music was a significant part of her life, punctuating gatherings with joy and laughter. Michelle also had a penchant for travel and held a special love for the beach; cherishing times spent there with family. Capturing memories through photography, whether at family gatherings or on vacations, was a beloved pastime, and she found delight in sharing these moments with her friends through Snapchat.

A service to honor Michelle will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at Christ Community Church, located at 1301 15th St, Greeley, CO 80631. A reception will follow the service, providing family and friends with the opportunity to gather and celebrate her life together.
