I worked with Michez on Nights on the 7th floor from 2006-2011 and I cannot name one time when Michez made me laugh or smile because every single night we worked together she always made me laugh and smile. She got my honors and I always got hers. She called me CLR (like the cleaner) because those are my initials. She told me I should invest in their company since they were using my initials. My mother and her mother were both sick earlier this year and we chatted all of the time about how they were doing. The only thing that gives me any peace right now is knowing that Michez was met by her mother in Heaven. Michez should still be with her family and friends today. I will forever miss our Chez! Love you always my friend.

Where do you start talking about Michez? She made a difference in everyone´s life that ever came in contact with her. As a phlebotomist I come to 7th floor to see patients but you always have to stop by the desk to see and talk to Michez. She´s always happy, positive, smiling and you always have some good conversations with her and she always wants to know how I´m doing. That big smile of hers always brightens up the night and 7th floor is gonna be such a dark place without the light she exuberates. Not just the 7th floor but the whole hospital is gonna need everyone´s prayers because she touched so many people. We should all strive to be as kind, generous, sweet, giving, compassionate, loving and full of life as Michez was. Praying for her family.
