Mickey Godfrey Obituary
Michael L. "Mickey" Godfrey, age 69, of 1888 Busby Road, Unadilla, died Thursday, November 20, 2025, at Emory Hospital in Perry.
Born in Cordele, he was the son of the late Garland Godfrey and Eva Doc Bush Godfrey. Mickey was self-employed as a painter. He was preceded in death by his son, Micah Godfrey.
Survivors include:
Son: Zack Godfrey of Vienna
Brother: Wayne Godfrey (Kay) of Kathleen
Sisters:
Bobbie Andrea of Staten Island, NY
Frankie Godfrey of Unadilla
Judy Moore of Perry
Dawn Kaczmarek (David) of Milan, MI
He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
No services will be held but the family will greet friends 2 - 4 pm Sunday, November 23 at the funeral home.
Brannen-NeSmith Funeral Home of Unadilla has charge of arrangements.
