Mr. Simpson was born May 10, 1968 in Salem, Indiana the son of Robert Lee Simpson and Judith Ann Roberts Simpson. Mr. Simpson was a die hard Indianapolis Colts fan, he loved classic rock and attended many concerts. He was always one to joke around and have fun.
Mickey is survived by his sons: Joseph Allen Simpson (Samantha) of Scottsburg, Joshua Ray Simpson of Salem and Jon Worley of Harrodsburg, Kentucky, his daughters: Jenna Hillenburg (Joe) of Springville, IN and Samantha Simpson of Pekin, his brothers: Robert Wayne Simpson of Seymour, Donald Lee Simpson (Patricia) of Salem, and Frankie Allen Simpson (TJ) Seymour, his sisters, June Annette Kinzie (Michael) of South Carolina, Lisa Ann Saylor (Dan) of Hayden Indiana, Karen Gene Waggoner of Salem, Indiana and his grandchildren: Ava Simpson, Abbi Simpson, Khloe Crane, Macie Crane, Benjamin Simpson, Luke Simpson and Adalynn Nicholson.
Mickey is preceded in death by his parents, and his sister, Brenda Sue Wolford.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, September 26 at 5:00p.m at New Hope Methodist Church. Visitation will be from 2:00-5:00.
