Miguel Perales Obituary
A memorial service will be held at Anderson Bethany Funeral Home & Crematory on Friday, February 13, 2026, at 11:00 AM, where family and friends will gather to honor his life and legacy.
Born on July 9, 1970, in Van Horn, Texas, Miguel lived a life centered around the people he loved. He found joy in simple, meaningful moments-spending time with family and friends, sharing stories, laughing, and creating memories that will be cherished for generations. He loved camping, fishing, and dancing, and he never missed a chance to cheer on his favorite football team as a devoted Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
Miguel's presence brought comfort, laughter, and connection. His absence leaves a space that cannot be filled, but his spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
Those left to eternally treasure and cherish memories of Miguel are his brothers: Jesus (Maria) Perales, Rumaldo (Gloria), Arnulfo (Lollie) Perales; sister, Guadalupe Perales; and numerous nieces and nephews in New Mexico and Texas.
Miguel is preceded in death by his parents: Lucio and Carmen Perales; brothers: Alejandro Perales and Lucio Perales; sisters; Ramona Perales and Petra Torres; niece, Cecilia Chavarria; nephew, Dominic Chavez.
It's easy to say don't give up; keep fighting to someone who is battling cancer. We don't know what's going through their mind or the pain they have. RIP Tio Miguel (Pye) Perales, you're no longer suffering.
