BLACKSBURG,SC- Mika-jae Erin Davidson , 24, of Grover, NC, formerly of Blacksburg, SC, Gaffney, SC, Sorento, IL, Hillsboro, IL, and Gillespie, IL died unexpectedly late Sunday Feb 22, 2026 or early morning Monday Feb 23, 2026. It is unclear the details of her death but her surviving family and friends are devastated by her passing. The youngest daughter born March 17th 2001, to George and Kari Jane Davidson in Litchfield, IL, Mika had a passion that could light the world on fire! She has a huge heart but guarded it closely. She loved all she held dear deeply but most of all her 3 children, Rylee'Rae (7), Timothy (5), and Jaxson (4) all of Blacksburg, SC. She is survived by her children, her mother, Kari Jane (step-father Buddy) Davis of Grover, NC. Mama Mary Taylor (S.O Richy) of Hillsboro, IL. Her sisters, Janie Davidson of Blacksburg, SC (nieces May'Lee and Mary Jane), Allyson Davidson of Nokomis, IL (nieces Marley and Nova), Bailey Davidson (Nephew Myles, and niece Brynley) of Hillsboro, IL, and Langlee Davis of Grover, NC. Maternal uncle Matthew (Felicia) Blanton of Coffeen, IL. Maternal aunt Tanya Kahler of CO. Paternal Grandparents Debbie Haslet of Collinsville, IL and David Haslet of Filmore, IL, and paternal aunt Shawna Raymer of Collinsville, il. Grandma in heart Barb Starwalt of Sorento, il. As well as several cousins and close friends deemed family.
She was preceded in death by twin daughters Nova'Lee and River'Rose, Mimi - Mary Jane Davis and Pops - Michael "Pig" Martin, PaPa - Michael "Base" Davis, father- George Davidson, maternal uncle - Michael Williams, paternal uncle - Robert Davidson, and great- uncle - Harry Williams. As well as several others throughout the years.
Services will be held on March 9th at 3pm at Faith Baptist Church, Kings Mountain, NC with pastor Robbins officiating.
