Mike Eagan Obituary

Mike "Ganz" Eagan of Lake Wales passed away Monday, September 4, 2023 at AdventHealth Lake Wales.
He was born October 4, 1954 in Saint Louis, Missouri to the late Wendell and Theresa Eagan; he moved to Lake Wales from Missouri four years ago. Mike was a retired tool maker and machinist and was of the Catholic faith. He had a passion for hunting, especially bow hunting, and enjoyed playing golf and pool. Mike was a fan of the Saint Louis Cardinals and the Saint Louis Blues. He was a great athlete and was inducted into the Saint Louis Softball Hall of Fame. He was a friend of many and loved his grandchildren dearly. Mike was loved by everyone who met him.
Mike is survived by his wife, Chyrl A. Eagan; children, Daniel Eagan and wife Gina K. of Wentzville, Missouri, Andrea Eagan of Saint Charles, Missouri, and John Eagan and wife Callie of Saint Charles, Missouri; stepchildren, Brandon Brown, Dylan Patton, and Morgan Zamora; sisters, Sharon McDuffie and Mitzie Martin; and grandchildren, Riley, Reese, Aubreigh, McKenna, Ryan, Kellen, Nollan, Rubi, MaKynlee, Ace, Mila, and Adalie.
A memorial service will be held at 5:00 p.m., Monday, September 11, 2023 at Marion Nelson Funeral Home in Lake Wales with Mr. Kevin Respress officiating.

So sorry Danno. Donnita and I send our condolences. Had so many good times with you pop. First one that comes to mind was a trip we took to Vegas to play Golf and gamble. Your dad bought a baby rattle that sounded just like a rattle snake. I hit mine in the tumble weeds around the green and proceeded to go hunt it down . As I was looking, your pop shook the rattle and scared the crap out of me. I gave up on the ball . Your dad , Curt Busch , and Woody kept it together till we finished the hole but they were rolling when it was done . So many more good times with him! Again, so sorry for your and your family´s loss.

I was on a 4 wheeler ride on the 5th I seen a doe on the side of the road the driver didn't see it. I said that's a sign. I went to look my dad up on Facebook that's when I seen he died the day before. I do not want to put my phone number on here but I want to hear from someone from my family that I know please.
