Mike Feick Obituary

Michael Floyd Feick was born on February 1, 1958, in Creston, to Ruby "Elaine" (Draper) Feick and Floyd Edmund Feick. Mike graduated from Orient-Macksburg High School with the class of 1976 and continued his education at Des Moines Area Community College graduating in 1978 with a degree in agriculture.
Mike had several different jobs throughout his life, beginning with working as a farm hand for Clifford Mullen for several years following college, he later worked for Creston Feed and Grain for a number of years, delivering and grinding feed. Mike also worked in the warehouse for Southwest Distributing in Creston for over 25 years prior to retiring in 2020.
Survivors include his sister, Debra (husband Jim) Holker of Creston; two brothers, John Feick of Chattanooga, Tenn. and Ray (wife Brenda) Feick of Orient, Ia.; Nieces and nephews: Stacy (husband Willy) Fargo Alex (wife Katie) Fargo and Drew and Ayla and Noah Fargo (Laila) Aidyn and Mazzy Fargo, Austin (wife Britt) Laney and Bea Smith all of Creston, and Jeff (wife Sara) Feick of Las Vegas, Nev. aunts and uncles: Max and (Phyllis) Feick of Orient, Ted Feick of St. Louis, Mo. and Jeanie (husband Dave) Oxford of Winterhaven, Fla. and many other extended family and friends.
Mike was preceded in death by his parents Floyd (R. Elaine) Feick, maternal grandparents, Keith (Merle) Draper, paternal grandparents, Edmund (Lena) Feick and Aunt Rosemary Feick.
