Mike enjoyed cutting trees, music (especially the guitar), puzzles, and fishing. He loved his dog and spending time with his family.
Those left to carry on his legacy include: three children- Jeanie Valledor and husband Mikenze of St. Francisville, Michael Johnston and wife Violet of Idaho, and William Johnston of Kokomo, Indiana: four siblings- Vera O'Dell and husband Mark of Bridgeport, Connie Cogswell of Bridgeport, Danny Shook of Dundas and Gail Reynolds of Olney: four grandchildren- Carrie Lahr, Olivia Stephens, Alex Stephens, and Aiden Stephens: five great grandchildren: Wrenlee, Zayden, Jasmine, Bexley and Johnni.
He was preceded in death by: his parents- Dale Wiman and Joan and Paul Shook: two babies- Timmy and Tammy Wiman: and four siblings- Junior, Ida, David and Roy Shook.
There are no formal services planned at this time. Cunningham Funeral Home is assisting Mike's family during their time of loss.
