Milagros Jamora Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Roberts of Ocala Downtown Chapel on Dec. 6, 2025.
Milagros Dino Jamora or who was fondly called Mila, beloved mother and grandmother, passed away on Monday December 1, 2025, in Ocala, Florida at the age of 82.

Milagros was born on February 1, 1943 to Romualdo Dino and Salud Constantino in Sorsogon, Philippines. Milagros was an Elementary teacher, who was married to Renato J Jamora, a US NAVY veteran (deceased). Together they raised their family moving from San Diego CA to settle in Norfolk, Virginia. My father preceded her in death in 1971, nine days after the birth of her youngest child, Cecilia. Norma and Nonito Gonzalgo, Ernie and Socorro Cruz were her rock and support in the US before she left for the Philippines.

In 1971, widowed and alone with four small children ages five, four, one, and an infant, Milagros went back home to the Philippines and settled in Novaliches, Quezon City to be near family and where she raised her four children. She was very protective of her children and instilled in them the importance of faith. She was a very devout catholic, generous, kind, welcoming, with a dotting and loving nature. She never failed to keep her word and loved to send greetings cards for every occasion. She helped raise her grandchildren and had been an influential person to family and friends. Mila's favorite activities were praying, cooking, gardening, talking to her dear friends, and watching Nora Aunor and Victor Laurel.

Milagros is survived by her son and daughter in law Renato and Julie Jamora ; daughters and son in laws, Angela and Sam Valencerina, Joel and Virginia Baes, Robert and Cecilia Castaneda; fourteen grandchildren Elyssa and Tony, Nathan, Sean, AJ, Ana, Hayley and Amil, Zachary, Din-Din, Carlo and Deanne , Elijah, Jacob, Kathia and John, JJ and Jennifer, and Ceara.

She will be dearly missed and will remain forever in our hearts.

Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, December 12 at 12:30 pm at Blessed Trinity Catholic Church , 5 SE 17th St P, Ocala, FL 34471. Reception and a gathering of family and friends will follow at the King of Kings Hall by the church.

Arrangements are under the direction of Roberts Downtown Chapel 606 SW 2nd Ave Ocala Florida 34471
