Mildred Ann Blumhoefer, 76, of Cambridge, MN passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2024 at Elim Home in Princeton.
She was born October 8, 1947 in Clarksville, Tennessee to Wesley and Ruby Clark. Ann grew up in Clarksville and graduated from high school.
She married Walter Cheuvront and they both worked at his business Cheuvront Automotive Repair. Walter passed away on March 18, 1999. Ann remained in Clarksville.
On August 4, 2001 she was united in marriage to James Blumhoefer in Nashville. They came back to Cambridge, MN and lived in Jim's home.
Ann volunteered at the Cambridge Medical Center and was a member of the Red Hatters as well as the Cambridge Lions Club. She and Jim enjoyed attending Bluegrass Festivals at Midwest Country Theater in Sandstone, spending time at Grand Casino in Hinckley. They also made several road trips to Tennessee to visit family.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by first husband Walter Cheuvront, brothers Kenneth Clark and Clarence Wayne Clark, and step-daughter Sonja Blumhoefer.
She is survived by her husband Jim Blumhoefer, step-children James (Paula) Blumhoefer of Orlando, FL, Lara (Thomas) Huynh of Cambridge, Erika (Richard) Nelson of Isanti, William (Yvonne) Blumhoefer of Benton, LA, Jonathan (Ashley) Blumhoefer of Cambridge, nine step-grandchildren Hayden, Jimmy, Thomas, Aubrey, Jared, Kayne, Grayson, Cole and Walter, brother Ted Clark of Clarksville, TN, special nephew Charlie Clark, other relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Life Gathering will be 2-5PM, Sunday, June 30, 2024 at Carlson-Lillemoen Funeral Home. Interment will be in Christ The King Catholic Cemetery.
