Mildred (Millie) Elderkin, 96 years, of Carroll Lutheran Village Diven House, Westminster, Md went to be with her Lord on November 22, 2025.

Born on March 28, 1929 in Baltimore Md, she was the daughter of the late Adeline and Henry Batzer.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 60 years, Clarence Donald Elderkin who passed in 2008.

She is survived by sisters Lillian Chapman and Joan Tregoe.

She is also survived by her 3 children, Donna (Carl) Baker, Michael (Dulcelinda) Elderkin and Karen (Mark) Krueger, 6 grandchildren, Craig Yingling, Christopher Yingling, Michael Elderkin Jr, Christopher Elderkin, Nicholas Krueger and Jessica Krueger Pearson; and 10 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Millie will be remembered by her family and also her many friends at Carroll Lutheran Village for her gentle, kind and loving spirit, her devotion to her family and her steadfast love of the Lord Jesus.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on December 5, 2025 at 1:30 pm at the Carroll Lutheran Village Krug Chapel, 300 St. Luke Circle, Westminster MD. The service will be officiated by the Rev. Charles Marshall, Millie's Chaplain and dear friend.

There will be a private internment on December 5th at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, Owings Mills, MD.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Carroll Lutheran Village Krug Chapel.
