Patricia Irene (Costello) Elderkin, age 75, of Erie passed away Friday, March 28, 2025 at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. She was born May 29, 1949 in Erie the daughter of the late Robert V. and Betty J. (Killian) Costello.
A lifelong resident of Erie, Patricia was a member of Westminster Presbyterian church and loved to cook for family and friends. She also enjoyed playing card games, bingo, and following the activities of her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Besides her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Perry W. Elderkin and a son, Curtis A. Elderkin.
She is survived by a son, Timothy D. Elderkin (Samantha) and a daughter, Heather Lynn Elderkin (Michael). Also surviving is a brother, Robert Costello (Madeline) of Erie and her beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Friends are invited to call at the Burton Quinn Scott Cremation and Funeral Services Inc., West Ridge, 3801 W.26th St. on Saturday, April 12, 2025 from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm at which time Funeral Services will be held. Private burial will be in Laurel Hill cemetery.
