Mildred D. “Millie” Goodell of Trumansburg passed away at Hospicare on Thursday, June 5, 2025 at the age of 57.
Mille was born on November 28, 1967, a daughter to the late Leslie and Betty (Avery) Boyce. She worked a variety of places, most recently working retail at Kohl’s in Ithaca. She enjoyed crocheting, continuing to make items up until the final weeks of her life.
Millie is survived by her children, Douglas Predmore, Kayla (Tom) Hunt, Kevin Goodell Jr., and Noel Goodell; step children, Eric Gray, Edna (James) Roupp, and Bobbi Jo; grandchildren, Payton, Garrett, and Dawson Hunt; step grandchildren, Hannah, Emma, Rocky, Anna, Noah, and Serenity; siblings, William (Ruth) Coil, John (Stacey) Coil, Alice Hoalcroft, and Lewis (Sandy) Boyce; bonus mom, Diane Griffin Scofield; and niece, Ashley (Bryan) Conover. In addition to her parents, Millie was preceded in death by her husband, Kevin Goodell in 2015.
The family will be present to receive friends from Noon to 1:00pm on Friday, June 13, 2025 at Calvary Baptist Church, 5 Bradley Street, Trumansburg. A Memorial Service will immediately follow at 1:00pm at the church.
In lieu of flowers the family asks those who would like to make a contribution in Millie’s memory to kindly consider the American Cancer Society or Calvary Baptist Church in Trumansburg.
