A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on September 21, 2023, at 10:30am at St. John the Baptist Church in Peosta. Burial will take place at Mt. Calvary Cemetery with military honors accorded by the United States Marine Corps League.
Milton attended Dubuque Senior High School. He worked for John Deere Dubuque Works.
He proudly served in the United States Navy.

Milton was a great friend of our family. He worked with our dad Patrick Welch at John Deere Tractors for many years. They were great friends. He will be truly missed. Love to his family and friends. Elizabeth Welch.
