Mindy Lynn Fligg

Mindy Lynn Fligg, 59, of Ogden, IA passed away on February 20, 2024, at the Accura Nursing Home in Ogden, IA. A graveside service will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at the Eldon Cemetery in Eldon, IA. A visitation will be held at the Living Hope Bible Church in Eldon, IA beginning at 1:00 p.m. until the time a procession will form to go to the cemetery. Memorial contributions in Mindy's honor may be directed to CIRSI (Central Iowa Residential Services) and mailed to P.O. Box 1356, Marshalltown, IA 50158. Mindy Lynn Fligg entered this life on September 28, 1964, in Des Moines, IA the cherished daughter of Roger and Myrna Fligg. Mindy attended Ruby Van Meter School in Des Moines before moving to Marshalltown in January of 1982. She graduated from the Pleasant Hill School District in 1985. Mindy lived at the Central Iowa Residential Services, Inc in Marshalltown and worked at the Mid-Iowa Workshop. In 2021 she moved to the Accura Nursing Home in Ogden, IA.
Mindy was a kind and loving person. She had a smile and a hug for anyone that she met. She lived her life always looking at the positive and enjoying every minute.
Her memory will be cherished by her parents, Roger and Myrna Fligg; her brother, Kevin (Lynn) Fligg; two nieces, Danielle (Seth) Kenne, and Lindsey McAllister; a nephew, Landon (Kim) Lacy; three great nieces, Karlee and Kyla Kenne, and Rowyn McAllister, as well as many extended family and friends. Her pleasant and polite nature will be missed by all who knew her and were lucky enough to call her friend.
