Mireya Garcia-Andrade, age 26, died January 20th, 2024.
Born May 24th, 1997, to Rafael and Margarita Garcia of Grand Junction, CO.
Mireya enjoyed listening to music, spending time with her family and making lipsinging videos.
Even as a little girl she loved being the center of attention. She thrived as a leader in every situation. She was the perfect mixture of her parents. She shared the beauty of her mother and the wits of her father. She would do anything to keep the room full of laughter. She loved to see everyone around her with a smile on their face.
Mireya was preceded in death by her grandmother Francisca Correa-Rodriguez, her uncles Jose and Fernando Garcia .
Mireya is survived by her parents Rafael and Margarita Garcia, her godparents Jaime and Maria Guadalupe Pena, her children Jaylonnie and Eduardo Garcia, her siblings Alexandra (Elizabeth) Mireles-Garcia, Daisy Garcia and Daniel (Crystalinn) Garcia. She has countless nieces and nephews, aunts/uncles and cousins.
A viewing will be held on January 29th, 2024 from 4pm – 8pm at Browns Cremation and Funeral Home.
A mass will be held in her honor at St. Joseph Catholic Church on January 30th, 2024 from 11 am – 12 pm.

Nació el 24 de mayo de 1997, hija de Rafael y Margarita García de Grand Junction, CO.
A Mireya le gustaba escuchar música, pasar tiempo con su familia y hacer videos de cantos labiales.
Incluso cuando era niña, le encantaba ser el centro de atención. Prosperó como líder en todas las situaciones. Era la mezcla perfecta de sus padres. Compartía la belleza de su madre y el ingenio de su padre. Haría cualquier cosa para mantener la habitación llena de risas. Le encantaba ver a todos a su alrededor con una sonrisa en la cara.
Mireya siguio la muerte de su abuela Francisca Correa-Rodríguez, y sus tíos José y Fernando García.
A Mireya le sobreviven sus padres Rafael y Margarita García, sus padrinos Jaime y Maria Guadalupe Pena, sus hijos Jaylonnie y Eduardo García, sus hermanos Alexandra (Elizabeth) Mireles-García, Daisy García y Daniel (Crystalinn) García. Tiene innumerables sobrinas y sobrinos, tíos y primos.
Se llevará a cabo un velatorio el 29 de enero de 2024 de 4 p.m. a 8 p.m. en Browns Cremation and Funeral Home.
Se llevará a cabo una misa en su honor en la Iglesia Católica de San José el 30 de enero de 2024 de 11 am a 12 pm.
