Miriam Rosoff (nee Stein), 91, of Philadelphia, passed away peacefully on November 20, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. Miriam lived a long and meaningful life rooted in family, faith, and tradition. A proud Jewish woman, she carried her heritage forward through the values she instilled in her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren—kindness, perseverance, curiosity, and a deep sense of community. Her home was a place of love, not just for her children, but for friends and family far and wide.
Miriam was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 64 years, Maurice (Morrie), with whom she shared a lifetime of partnership, devotion, humor, and cherished memories.
She is survived by her three daughters, Gail Kantor (Harry), Beryl Rosoff-Verbit (Arthur), and Marla Eskin (Eric), who were her pride and joy, as well as her sister, Claire (the late George) Breslow. She also leaves behind her adored grandchildren, Lauren (Dale), Leigh (Ian), Noah (Sabrina), Zoe (Danny), Laura (Mike), Brett (Haleigh), Alec, and Avery—each of whom brought light, laughter, and purpose to her later years. Miriam was blessed with loving great-grandchildren, Belle, Emma, Gracie, Maverick, Easton, and Adaline.
