Mitzi Gay Jackson, 51, passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2024 at her residence in Columbus.
Mitzi was born on January 10, 1963 in Corinth, MS to the late Gerald Banks and Lois Milican Banks. For many years, she owned and operated her Floral shops in Ackerman and Sturgis and attended Columbus Christian Center. She enjoyed watching Gunsmoke and spending time with her two dogs, Pumpkin and Nebels.
Mrs. Jackson is survived by her son, Gerald Jackson (Therese); husband, Alan Swift; and three brothers, Gerald Banks (Kelly), Kenny Ballard (Robin), and her twin, Mitch Banks.
