Miu Har Hon passed away on October 29, 2025 after a long courageous battle with cancer.
Miu Har was born and grew up in Hong Kong, and moved to the U.S. in 1990. She was the youngest child of Bing Fai Hon and Kwai Tai Chung.
Miu Har obtained her master degree in computer science from New Mexico State University in 1996. She was married to Hing Leung in 1991, and had been a homemaker since. She took great care of the family. Her husband and two sons would not have been successful without her selfless support.
She enjoyed traveling, cultures, hiking and visiting museums. As the wife of an academic, she accompanied her husband to many countries. She had stayed in Frankfurt, Germany in 1991-1993 and 2003-2004.
At home, she loved cooking and gardening.
She is survived by her husband, Hing Leung, and two sons, Ming Leung and Kean Leung.
