Molly Perry Obituary
Mrs. Perry was born on March 22, 1943, in Johnston County, NC, a daughter of the late Jasper Lucas and Daisy Lucas. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Joe Strickland, and stepdaughter, Debra (Debbie) Perry. Molly was a dedicated member and volunteer with Zebulon Area Rescue Squad for many years, then working as a supervisor for Micro Measurements Group in Wendell, NC. She then retired to her back patio with her husband, a good book, and a cup of black coffee.
Molly is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Billy Wayne Perry.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, David Rogers (Ronda) and Bill Perry (Tracey); five grandchildren, Ashtyn Horne (Dave), Jordan Perry (Brooke), Brooke Leone (Chris), Tyler Perry (Kayla), Savannah Bogue; eight great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Linda Brown (Nikki), Ruth Brantley, and Sherry Mullen (Tony), as well as her sister-in-law, Paulette Strickland.
A private Memorial Service will be held for the family at Strickland Funeral Home, Wendell, NC.
