Moncelle Chaulk, 89, of Elizabethtown passed away on Friday, June 27, 2025. Born in Evergreen, AL, she was the daughter of the late George and Bertha (Watts) Griffin. She was the loving wife of 45 years to the late Charles Chaulk, who passed in 2004.
Moncelle always liked to have her makeup and hair done up nicely. She enjoyed cooking, and her dogs. Above all, she was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister, described as the rock of the family.
She is survived by her five children, Barry Slack, Susan Frank (Brent), Chaz Chaulk (Sherrie), Chris Chaulk (Staci), and Mike Chaulk (Jessica); 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Roy Griffin. She is preceded in death by her son, Kevin Slack; five siblings; along with her husband and parents.
Services and interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
