Monica Reyes

We celebrate the beautiful life of Monica Reyes, who entered eternal rest on August 20, 2025, in San Antonio, Texas, at the age of 57. Born on October 15, 1967, to Robert and Beatrice Reyes, Monica brought joy, laughter, and kindness to everyone who knew her. A proud San Antonio native, Monica's love of performance and adventure led her to a rewarding career with Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line, where she spent nearly a decade entertaining audiences around the world. Upon returning home, she discovered her true calling in working with children. Through her years of service with the Archdiocese of San Antonio and, most recently, with NEISD Transportation, Monica touched countless lives with her warmth, generosity, and trademark smile. Monica was welcomed to eternal rest by her grandparents, Adolfo and Ramona Reyes, and David and Maria Tovar; her uncles, David Tovar and Jose Monita; and her aunt, Herlinda Tovar. She is survived by her loving parents, Robert and Beatrice Reyes; her brother, Robert Reyes; her niece and nephew, Sophia and Tobias Reyes; her aunt, Rose. She also leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends who will forever carry her memory in their hearts. Monica's life was filled with 58 wonderful years with unforgettable memories. Her family requests for her friends and and those who loved her to leave or share a message in the memories column.
