Monte Christopher Millentree, 67 of Lexington, Missouri passed away on Friday, November 7, 2025 at Shirkey Nursing and Rehabiliation Center in Richmond, MO surrounded by his loving family.
Per the family request there will not be services at this time but at a later date there will be a Celebration of Life for Monte who was so loved by many. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the National Kidney Foundation. Memories of Monte and condolences for his family may be left at www.LedfordFamilyFH.com or on our Facebook Page. Monte was born on April 8, 1958 in Richmond, MO to Lee Edward and Helen Louise (Fields) Millentree. He graduated from Lexington High School. Monte had a strong belief in the Lord and was Christian by faith. He worked many years for Dunbrooke Manfacturing and retired from S&K Industries in Lexington, MO. In additon to spending time with family and friends, Monte was an avid sports fan.
Monte is survived by two siblings, Cynthia Millentree of Lexington, MO and Larry (Laurie) Fields of Phoenix, Arizona; two nephews, Christopher Millentree and Cameron Fields; and four nieces, Jennifer Morgan, Stacy Johnson, Katie Townsend, and Amy Fields; and many relatives and friends.
In additon to his parents, Monte was preceded in death by a sister, Victoria Herzog; and two brothers, Lee Millentree and Wayne Millentree.
