Monzia Foshee Obituary
Ms. Foshee was born in Anniston, Alabama and had lived in Clay County for over 45 years. She leaves behind a large family that knows what love is because of how much she loved each of them.
Ms. Foshee is survived by her three daughters, Dana and Travis Strickland, Melissa Johnson and Jenny and Kane Wood: five grandchildren, Hana Bowen (Justin), Kayla Tinney (Jon-Michael), Julie Richardson (Trevor), Krista Cooper (Logan) and Gavin Wood; ten great-grandchildren, Aria, J.T., Emelia, Aiden, Marleigh, Addi, Truett, Cade, Colt and Elliot; sister, Martha Sue Ginn; brother, Jimmy Pitts; as well as several nieces and nephews and other extended family members.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Easter Pitts and six siblings.
A private family service will be scheduled at a later date.
To honor her beautiful life, the family asks that friends consider gifting a potted plant or cut arrangements to her family members.
