Morgan Webre, a resident of Rosedale, and a native of Maringouin, Louisiana, passed away on July 12, 2025, at the age of 32. Born on January 15, 1993, Morgan brought love and laughter to those who knew her.
She is survived by her beloved children, Gage and Delnekeya Webre who were the pride and joy of her life. Her sisters, Brenna,Brandi and Krystal Collins(Erica), and brother Seth Gomez; An abundance of nephews and nieces she loved; Step father, Terry Collins; Aunts Amber Chisholm, Renee Millet (Monroe), Laura Webre(Timothy),and Joy Torres (Justin), Uncles; Jeremy Sparks,Sr, Stephen and Michael Collins; Granny, Mary Webre, Grandmother, Relda Hanchett, grandparents, Linda and Sam Leonard; and her nanny- Sheila Leonard Gerace. As well as numerous cousins, friends, and extended family who will forever hold her memory close.
Morgan was preceded in death by her mother, Ellen Juliet Webre Collins; her father, Daryl Sparks Jr ; her grandparents, Jennifer Spragis and Gerald Webre; Grandfather Daryl Sparks Sr and her great-grandparents, Floyd and Joyce Spragis, who lovingly raised her.
Morgan faced more than her share of loss and struggles from a young age. She was deeply loved and her absence leaves a hole that cannot be filled.
A private memorial service to celebrate Morgan’s life will be held at a later date.
