Leroy Joseph Webre passed away on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at the age of 93. Beloved husband of the late Marlene Niklaus Webre for 60 years. Father of Dale Webre (Nina), Yvette Bergeron (Mark) and Craig Webre ( Shannon). Son of the late Zita and Adolph Webre. Brother of Yolande Smith, and the late Yvonne Ferrand, Emily Huguet, Allen Webre and Velma Webre. Grandfather of Cassie Gerrets (Jeremy), Patrick Webre (Erin), Kaylee Stubbs (Brennan), Collin Bergeron (Whitney) and Connor Webre. Great grandfather of Cooper, Walker, Tanner, and Harvey. He was an avid gardener and loved to read and tinker. He was a native of Algiers, LA and a resident of Belle Chasse, LA for 30 years. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the chapel of Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expwy., Harvey, LA on Saturday, May 31, 2025 at 11am. Visitation will be held form 9am until 11am. Interment, Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Family and friends may view and sign the online guest book at www.mothefunerals.com.
