Mr. Mosey Wilkins Fenderson 67, Peoria, IL, passed away at 8:19 pm on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center.
Mosey was born in on September 2, 1957 in Jackson, MS to Ida Bell Fenderson and Ulysses Wilkins.
Mosey worked as a Forklift driver for a manufacturing subsidiary of Caterpillar, Inc. He loved fishing. Mosey was a great father and grandfather to his children and his bonus children. He was an honest man and what he said he meant. Mosey was a man of God and a former pastor.
Mosey worked as a manager for a subsidiary of Caterpillar Inc. for over 20 years. He truly loved his job and continued to work until his health no longer allowed him too.
Mosey will always be remembered in many loving ways with his voice saying "Tell it like it is" which was his favorite phrase. He was loved by many and respected by all.
Mosey leaves to cherish his most precious memory, his companion of 21, Sandra Johnson of Peoria, IL; his children, Miguel Fenderson, Amos Fenderson and Felicia Fenderson, sisters Maxine Linzy, Nadine Crowder, Brenda Fenderson; brother Earnest Fenderson and a host of stepchildren, grand-children and great-grandchildren; and numerous other family members and friends. He is preceded in death by parents; one brother, Gary Shipp and one sister, Elizabeth Fenderson.
