Mrs. Patricia Bonner Duncan, age 88, of Thomaston, died Monday, October 20, 2025 at her residence.
Mrs. Duncan was born in Macon, Georgia, on March 8, 1937, to the late Rabon Jones Bonner, Sr., and the late Ruth Key Bonner. She was a graduate of A. L. Miller High School in Macon and was employed by various companies as a bookkeeper. She met Arthur Saldana Duncan on a blind date, and they were married for 61 years prior to his death in 2015. The two of them enjoyed traveling to many places. Mrs. Duncan had a servant's heart and enjoyed doing for others. She loved her family dearly. She attended the First Presbyterian Church of Thomaston.
Mrs. Duncan is survived by her daughter, Debra (Dr. Steve) Daniel of Thomaston; two grandsons: Blake (Amanda) Lindsey and Christopher Daniel; and four great grandchildren: Hudson Lindsey, Hayden Lindsey, Ripley Lindsey, and Harrison Lindsey.
In addition to her husband and her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Sonny Bonner.
Her family will hold a private memorial service at a later time.
The family wishes to express gratitude to the staff of Thomaston Hospice for their care and compassion.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to First Presbyterian Church, 403 Birdsong Street, Thomaston, GA 30286.
