Muriel Kronick

Muriel Kronick, of the Horsham Center for Jewish Life, passed away on Saturday, May 17, 2025. She was 90 years old. Muriel was born in Springfield, Massachusetts on November 24, 1934 to the late Philip and Sylvia (née Gutensky) Baver. She was the wife to the late Jack Kronick.
Muriel graduated from the High School of Commerce in Springfield Massachusetts. Her first job was a teller at Westco Credit Union. She was a secretary at: Norristown Jewish Community Center, Central Montco Vocational High School, Oceaneering and Conoco Oil. Her hobbies were sewing clothes, bags, aprons and doll clothing, member of Women's League, cooking and baking, volunteering, raising her children and enjoying friends.
Muriel is survived by her children: Brian L. Kronick (Claire), Mark L. Kronick (Barbara), Sarah L. Lipoff (Jim), her grandchildren: Aaron Kronick, Rachel Wiese, Rebecca Kronick, Brandon Lipoff, Stephanie Lipoff, and her great grandchildren: Leila Kronick, Adam Kronick, Liam Kronick, Adeline Kronick, and Gavin Wiese. She was predeceased by her sisters: Lillian Goldstein and Hazel Labb.
Graveside services for Muriel were held at Tiferet Bet Israel Cemetery, 350 Fairfield Rd. Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462 on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at 11:30 a.m. Contributions in memory of Muriel may be made to Tiferet Bet Israel Synagogue, 1920 Skippack Pike, Blue Bell, PA 19422.
