Mary A. Kronick

Mary A. Kronick, 100, a resident of the Mid Valley Health Care Center died Wednesday October 23, 2024 following an illness. Her husband, Stephen Kronick died in 1988.
Born October 17, 1924 in Mt. Pocono, PA, and was a graduate of Scranton Central High School. Prior to her retirement, Mary was employed as secretary for her husband's business Kronick Lumber Company. Mary served as Magistrate in Clifton Township for many years. She was a former member of St. Rita's Church in Gouldsboro.
Surviving is her son, Stephen T. Kronick III and wife Kelly, of Eagle Bay, NY; her grandchildren,Stephen W. Kronick and wife Kelcie, Morgan K. Wright and husband, Dominick, Stephanie Masterson and husband, Brendan, Stacy Short, and Carrie Mychayliw; great-grandchildren: Logan, Liam, Cade and Mika.
Mary was preceded in death by her brother, Jerome Williams and her beloved daughter, Mary Ann Mychayliw in 2020, and her son-In-law, Stephen Mychayliw in 2023.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Saturday, November 9, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. in St. Eulalia's Church, 214 Blue Shutters Road Roaring Brook Twp., PA.
Interment and rite of committal will be conducted at St. Catherine's Cemetery, Covington Twp. PA.
