Myra Sue Harrison

Myra Sue Roler Flynn Harrison, age 77, of Hillsboro, passed away February 6, 2026 at University of Cincinnati Medical Center. She was born the daughter of the late Charles Wesley Roler and Gladys Walker Roler on January 12, 1949 in Hillsboro. Myra was a warm and welcoming soul whose kindness made everyone feel at home the moment they met her. She attended the Union Church of Christ. Myra's greatest passion in life was her beloved Whiteoak Shetland Sheepdogs. She dedicated countless hours to breeding, raising, and showing Shelties, taking immense pride in each dog she cared for. The Shelties community was not only a hobby, but truly an extension of her family. She faithfully served on the board of both the Cincinnati Shetland Sheepdog Club and the American Shetland Sheepdog Association. Myra was a mentor and friend to those who came along behind her, always ready to share her knowledge, encouragement, and experience. Myra loved her friends and family deeply. Myra leaves behind a legacy of compassion, friendship, and dedication - both to the people she loved and to the Shelties that brought her so much happiness. She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by her family, friends, and the entire Shelties community. Myra is survived by her siblings, Jenny Lou Roler of Hillsboro and Jay Wesley (Tena) Roler of Sardinia; nephews, Curt Wesley Roler, Jake Nathaniel (Jennifer) Roler, and Beau Daniel Roler; stepson, Thomas Jacob (Trudy) Flynn; step grandsons, Jacob and Joseph; stepdaughters, Becky (Kevin) Hampton and Debbie (Steve) McGown; and stepson, Trustin (Lori) Harrison. In addition to her parents, Myra was preceded in death by her first husband, Thomas Charles Flynn on February 1, 2014 and her second husband, Earl Ray Harrison on April 6, 2025. Visitation for Myra will be held on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 from 4:00pm until time of service at 6:00pm at Turner & Son Funeral Home in Hillsboro. In keeping with Myra's wishes, she will be cremated following services. Memorial donations can be made in Myra's name to the Union Cemetery Association.
