Myra Gail Swindle Johnson, age 62 of Lafayette, TN passed away Saturday morning, February 8, 2025, at Macon Community Hospital in Lafayette, TN. Myra is in the care of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette, TN.
Funeral Services for Myra Gail Swindle Johnson will be conducted Tuesday morning, February 11, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. from the chapel of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette, TN with Elder Jeff Blackwell & Brother Derrick Dickens officiating. Interment will follow in the Haysville Cemetery.
Visitation will begin on Monday morning from 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 pm and again on Tuesday morning at 9:00 am service time at 11:00 a.m.
Family requests memorials be made to the Grandchildren’s Education Fund. You may make these memorials by calling or coming by the funeral home.
She is preceded in death by: parents, Benton & Lois (Keen) Swindle; sisters, Mildred Lucas, Judy Adams; brothers, Bill, Jimmy, & Charles Swindle; brothers-in-law, Anthony Johnson, Jimmy Shaw, Arlin West, & James Hughes.
Survivors include: husband, Jeffery Johnson; daughter, Kimberly White & husband, Greg; son, Joseph East & wife, Janna all of Lafayette; grandchildren, Beckett & Reece White, Cainon Roark, Paxton & Laynie Jo East; sisters, Carolyn West of the Hermitage Springs Community, Linda Hughes of Fountain Run, KY, Brenda Miller & husband, Stanley, June Wood & husband, Louie all of Red Boiling Springs, Tresa Dickens & husband, Ronnie, Betty Marsh & husband, Wayne; brother, Rex Swindle & wife, Meleah; mother-in-law, Frances Johnson; sister-in-law, Clydette Shaw all of Lafayette.
