Myrle A. Francis

Myrle A. Francis, age 93, of Lynn, passed away on Sunday, October 19, 2025. He was the husband of the late Sherri A. Francis and the late Josephine Francis. Born in Rochester, Minnesota, he was the son of the late Leo A. and Agnes C. (Boor) Francis. Myrle had worked as a bus operator for the MBTA until his retirement in 1998. He is survived by his children Glenn Francis Jr. and his wife Judith, Leo Francis, and Myrle Francis II and his wife Stephanie, his grandchildren Emma, Sophia, Benjamin, and Myles, and his sister Joan Brue. He was predeceased by his siblings Glenn and Leon Francis and Shirley Wonderly.
A service will be held on Monday, November 24, 2025 at 1:30PM in Pine Grove Cemetery, 145 Boston St., Lynn. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited and may meet at the main gate of the cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 209 W Central St, Natick, MA 01760.
