Myrna Jean Ard, 56, died at her home in Kennewick, WA on Thursday, July 8, 2010. Myrna was born May 25, 1954 in Blackfoot, Idaho to parents Warren Ellis and Florence May Dye. She married Kenneth Alan Ard, Sr. on Oct 18, 1973 and they were later sealed in the Washington, D.C. temple. She has lived in the Tri-Cities for 12 years. Myrna was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Surviving Myrna are her children, Kenneth (Penny) Ard, Jr., Kennewick, WA; Jennifer (Austin) Eischens, Kennewick; Stephanie (Siaosi) Oto, Kennewick; Joseph (Kelsi) Ard, Rexburg, ID; Rebecca (Steve) Campbell, Idaho Falls, ID; Jacob Ard, Kennewick; grandchildren, Tammi Ard, Salome Oto, Kenneth Ard III, Brianna Campbell, Anthony Campbell, Austin Eischens, Coen Eischens; sisters, Martha Harker, Grandview, MO; Joyce Dye, Idaho Falls, ID; LaNell Wainright, Mackay, ID; brothers, Robert Dye, Orofino, ID; and Roger Dye, Firth, ID. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Alan Ard, Sr; her parents; brother, Jay; sisters, Marvetta Dye, Letha Dye and Julie Munger. A service will be held at the LDS Buntin Bldg., 820 So. Buntin St., Kennewick, WA on Monday, July 12, at 11:00 am. There will be a viewing held on Sunday, July 11, at Hillcrest Memorial Center, 9353 W. Clearwater Ave., Kennewick from 4-7pm. Myrna will be interred next to her husband, Ken, in the Media Cemetery, Media Pennsylvania.
