She attended Texas Tech University before marrying and starting a family. Myrna was from the old school and built a life of hard work, and enduring love. Her biggest passion in life was her family as she traveled the country as a military wife, from Maine to Hawaii, as she made a loving home of every house she lived in. Myrna enjoyed line dancing, playing bridge and following the Texas Tech sports scene, and above all spending time with her family. Myrna is survived by her sons James and Mark Pyke, and sister Dee Ann Strong. Grandchildren Connor, Chase and Jake Pyke, Elijah and Ellie Pyke. She also leaves behind four nephews Chris and Micheal Glassmoyer, Ty and Tate Robertson, and niece Melissa Peterson.
