Myrtle Ann Schulte Schneider, of Castroville, Texas, passed away August 12, 2025 at the age of 96. She was born October 31, 1928 in San Antonio, Texas, to Alfred Henry George Schulte, Sr. and Louisa Sophie Hartman Schulte.
Survivors include her daughters, Diane Schneider and Sharon Bray; granddaughters, Bev Henson (Casey) and Tiffany Calderon; five great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; brothers, Charles "Sonny" Schulte (Annette) and Thomas Schulte; in-laws, Toni Schulte and Stanley Franklin.
Myrtle was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Marion; son-in-law, Bobby Bray; siblings, Leroy Schulte, David Schulte, Alfred "Junior" Schulte (Lois Ann); sisters, Ruth Franklin, Mary Louise "Mitzi" Mazurek (Louis), and Carolyn Adamietz (Raymond); and sister-in-law, Carole Schulte.
Visitation will be Thursday, August 21, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Tondre-Guinn Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 22, 2025 at Tondre-Guinn Funeral Home. Interment will follow at St. Louis Catholic Cemetery in Castroville, Texas.
Memorials may be made in Myrtle's memory to the American Cancer Society or American Diabetes Association.
