Naioma Rinehart Obituary
Naioma Ruth Rinehart, 90, of Sterling, passed away Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at her home surrounded by loved ones.
Naioma was born June 18, 1935, in Elm Grove, West Virginia to William H. and Louise Ana {Hammel} Faulkner.
She married Richard Max Rinehart Jr. on June 28, 1953; he passed in 2018.
Naioma was a devoted housewife and homemaker. She attended Mount Zion Church of Christ in Sterling. Naioma loved to sit at the organ, singing hymns. She enjoyed crocheting, and most of all she loved spending time with her family.
Naioma will be deeply missed by her children Richard III (Frances) Rinehart of Creston, William Rinehart of Wadsworth; grandchildren Richard “Max” IV, Rebecca, William Jr., James, Donald Jr., Donna, Renea; 5 great-grandchildren; and brother Dennis (Joan) Faulkner.
Naioma was preceded in death by her husband, parents, son Donald Rinehart, daughter-in-law Sandra Rinehart; sisters Mary Gardener and Mandana Turpen.
Friends may call Saturday, October 25, from 11 to 12 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Hillcrest Chapel, Seville. Funeral services will follow at 12 p.m. the funeral home (and livestreamed at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com/obituaries/Naioma-Rinehart) with Minister Jerry Toothman officiating. Burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Online tributes may be made at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com. Memorial contributions may be made to Crossroads Hospice at crhcf.org/donate.
