Donna L. Chaumont, age 85, of Seville, passed away on October 9, 2025 at Akron General Hospital. She was born on November 21, 1939 to John and Erma (Gee) Earlenbaugh in Akron, Ohio. She graduated in 1957 from Springfield High School. Donna worked as a secretary and bookkeeper as well as raising her four children.
Donna is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Jack; children, Lyle (Lauri) Maurico, Michael (Kathy) Chaumont, Stephanie (Steve) Bradley and Andrea Chaumont (Greg McGlashan); grandchildren, Alicia, Hannah, Amanda, Emily, Abigail, Elizabeth, Spencer and Sarah; great-grandchildren, Brinley, Harper, Maci, Asher and Hallie; and siblings, Donald and Dennis (Jane) Earlenbaugh and Erma Rae Thompson.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by Donald's wife, Kay, and Erma Rae's husband, Don.
She was a woman of faith for her entire life and was a member of ValleyView Chapel. She lived her faith and was of service to others throughout her life. Donna was an avid music lover. She also enjoyed cars and racing of all kinds.
One of the most special things in her marriage to Jack, was the eleven siblings she gained in joining the Chaumont family. She was blessed to have been able to spend summers in Quebec for many years sharing time with the extended family she loved.
Family and friends may call from 11am until 12pm on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at Carlson Funeral Home (3477 Medina Rd, Medina, OH 44256). Her Funeral Service will begin at 12pm with a light luncheon to follow.
