Nancy J. Ansell, 70, of Uxbridge, passed away peacefully on, January 16, 2025, at the Lydia Taft House in Uxbridge.
Born on March 26, 1954, in Biddeford, Maine, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Barbara (Partridge) McGee. Nancy was raised and educated in Maine
In her professional years, Nancy made significant contributions while working at the former Kartiganer Hat Company in West Upton and later at Pagg Corporation in Milford.
Nancy found joy in a variety of personal interests. She had a passion for crocheting and often filled her time by coloring with colored pencils.
Nancy particularly cherished the relationships she developed at the Lydia Taft House, where she spent her later years surrounded by friends who became like family. The warmth and companionship she found there was a testament to her amiable nature and her ability to connect with others.
Nancy is predeceased by her parents, Ernest and Barbara McGee, as well as her siblings, Paul McGee and Ellen McGee. Her legacy will live on in the memories of those who cherished her.
Burial in Lakeview Cemetery, Upton, will be held privately.
