Nancy Lou Archie (Fingers), 67, made her homecoming on May 29, 2023. In Evansville, IN. She was born in Mt. Vernon on June 20, 1955 to the late Arthur and Georgina Fingers. She graduated from Central High School in Evansville and proudly did nursing. She enjoyed family cookouts and anything with her sons. Nancy opened her door to anyone who needed her. She took pride in her dog, Bella Jane. Nancy loved attending all sporting events for her grandchildren and was always up for a car ride. She enjoyed her recent years welcoming in great grandchildren and watching her grandbabies become young adults.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Arthur Sr. and Georgina Fingers; brothers: John Fingers and Jeffrey Fingers; sisters: Mary Dixon and Francis Fingers; son: Billy Sears, Jr. and grandson: A'davion Sears.
She is survived by her husband: Vance "Wendell" Archie; son: Artego (Chelsea) Sears; brothers: James Fingers, Sr., Tommy Fingers, and Arthur Fingers, Jr.; sisters: Kathy (Berry) Ridley and Gaye Brown; grandchildren: Jarvice, DeTriona, Artego Jr., Billy Joe III, A'Querie, Jalee, Ma'Shyia, Tayerra, Tyrese, Keysha, Treyvone, and Kevin; great grandchildren: Ja'sai, Zyzaire, Alayah; and a host of nieces and nephews
