Born Nancy Louise Foster on April 8, 1944, in Staunton, Virginia to the late John Foster and Myrtle Pultz Jenkins. A resident of Odenton for 43 years, moving from Rockville. She was a longtime cashier at the Walmart Store at Arundel Mills. She loved to dance and was an avid collector of movies. Left to cherish her memory are her daughters Thelma Barber of Odenton, Victoria Tillbery and Michele Schukert, both of St. Mary’s County, sister Barbara Cook of Hanover, brothers Robert Jenkins of Gambrills and Edgar Jenkins of Hanover. She is also survived by grandchildren Amber Balsley, Joshua Dring, David Owens and Michael Triano as well as 5 great-grandchildren.
Family and friends may visit at the Kirkley Ruddick Funeral Home on Saturday, November 29, 2025, 4:00pm - 7:00pm. Interment is private.
