Nancy L. (Geiger) Benoit, 84, passed away on January 4, 2026, at the Laurel Center in Hamburg where she resided. Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Franklin and Ethel (Sharp) Geiger.
She graduated from Reading High School, and worked as secretary at CNA Insurance Company. Nancy believed the way to anyone’s heart was through the stomach, and loved to bake and cook for her family and friends. She also had a love of animals, and enjoyed dancing. Nancy was a member of St. Luke’s Evangelical Church in Reading, and was apart of the “Rowdy Seniors”.
Those cherishing her memory are her daughter, Michele Torok, wife of Ken; and her grandchildren: Brett Rottmann, Megan Torok, and Mandy Torok.
The funeral service for Nancy will be held on Monday, January 12, 2026, at 11 a.m. at Kuhn Funeral Home, 739 Penn Ave, West Reading, PA 19611, with burial to follow in Pleasant View Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to gather beginning at 10 a.m.
