With profound sadness we announce the passing of Nancy Marie Bivins, our loving and devoted mother and grandmother, on October 18, 2022.
She left us while sleeping peacefully at her residence in Aloha, OR. She was in her 70th year. She passed away from her long fight of Fabry disease.

Born in Portland, Oregon, she cared and helped many in her approx. 40 years of nursing working for Kaiser Permanente where she retired from.

Nancy met her husband James Bivins and became one on June 30, 1973.

She was the beloved mother of Sam and Michael and proud grandmother of six granddaughters: Aubrey, Hayley, Katlyn, Crysta, Jessica and Elyza.

Survived by her devoted husband James Bivins, and loving mother Betty Brunswick.

In heaven she joins her father Carl Brunswick and sister Sandy Schultz.

You can shed tears because she is gone, or you can smile because she has lived.

You can close your eyes and pray that she will come back, or you can open your eyes and see all that she has left.

Your heart can be empty because you can't see her, or you can be full of the love that you have shared.

You can remember her and only that she is gone, or you can cherish her memory and let her live on.

You can cry be empty and turn your back or do what she would want.

Smile, open your eyes, love and live on.
