Nancy Brown, 79, widow of William "Dusty" Brown III, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, December 28, 2025 while at home surrounded by her family.

Born in Greenville, Mrs. Brown was the daughter of the late Lewis "Bud" & Louise Gresham Cooley.

She is survived by her children, Scott (Trang Huynh) Pearson, Kelly (Bill Storay) McGraw, and Sam (Christopher) Barth; ten grandchildren, Hali (Jeremy) Duncan, Dustin (Jessie) Ledford, Logan (Jon) Miles, Dalton (Kara) Ledford, Savannah (Aaron) Sanders, Nina, Nicholas, Anna, Rachel, and Christian Barth; fourteen great-grandchildren, and two brothers, Leon (Carole) Cooley, and Doug (Molly) Cooley.

Mrs. Brown was preceded in death by one brother Lewis E. Cooley and his wife, Dot.

The funeral service will be held on Friday, January 2, 2026 at 12:30 pm in the chapel of Cannon Byrd Funeral Home – Fountain Inn, 1150 N. Main St, Fountain Inn, SC 29644 and will be officiated by Pastor Mark McCall. Interment will follow in Cannon Byrd Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home starting at 11:00 am.
